Can a charge be voided (as opposed to refunded) on the same day? A card was double charged instead of refunded thru ticketing. I'd like to void this additional charge. I am under the impression that voiding the charge will remove the charge/hold on the patrons card, since it is the same day (our cc swipers used for merchandise work this way.) An insight would be helpful!

FYI...You can void thru Transcend, but you need to do the refund thru Tess then viod both the charge & the refund. Otherwise it will appear (in Tessitura) that the charge is still valid.
