Hello all,
When we reconciled January transactions, we noticed 2 transactions that did not show up in Tessitura but did show up through our gateway processor. When looking at the Authorization Transaction Type is says "Unknown Transaction". I'm still new to Tessitura so I was wondering if anyone knows any reports I can pull or a way I can troubleshoot this.
