For us,It appears that two order charges are in Tessitura but they are not in the bank, do you know why this happened?

Could be charges that appeared finalized to the Tessitura Service, but which didn't actually complete. It's been a while, but that has happened at my org. I'd recommend opening a support ticket with the network.
