I have an issue with several performances where the Ticket Sales by Period and the Payments by Performance are matching but show a higher dollar figure than the Performance Sales Summary by PT Category. ANY clues as to where to start looking or what might be causing the difference?
Are you including resold seats when you run Perf Sales Summary by PTC? If not, you could try running it again including them and see if that's your difference.
I did try that and it didn't change the Performance Sales Summary figure or the difference I am out. Great thought though!
Issue with the date range? Or price categories?
It is definately not the date ranges. But I can't say for sure it is not the price categories. I entered "price type detail" in the mode in the Performance Sales Summary but I get the same number when I select "section detail" or "summary". Is there another parameter where I can select various price categories and exclude others? Is that what you meant?
