I am trying to pull reports from Tessitura for our Audit. The auditors would like to see a subscription report that shows orders made before the FY (deferred revenue) to match the transaction reports already sent. Is there a canned Subscription report that looks at a historical date?
Does anyone have a custom report that they are wiling to share that does this?
Sorry, this won't help you now, but we run these type of reports at year-end so that we have something to tie to and show to the auditors because of Tessitura reports often changing as future transactions affect the numbers. Historical reporting is not a strength in Tessitura.
