Credit card Charges

I need to allocate credit card fees.

Is there a report that shows credit card sales by event/campaign?

  • Hi Michael,

Try the "Fund Activity Report" found in the finance folder, it doesn't have an option for campaign but at least you should be able to get what you need via funds.
Make sure to group by payment.

  • Thank you.

I am now working on a customised report to split all transactions by payment type so I can create a journal to allocate them in the ledger. That report will help serve as a check. I can also pull off the concerts payment split by season.

I am surprised there is no regular report for this, as I would have thought that the allocation of credit card charges to specific events/funds would be  a standard requirement.

    I appreciate your help.

  • Did you try the report Payments by Performance (New) in the Ticketing Box Office Reports folder?  It will tell you how much in each payment method was on each performance.  The report does a little bit of creative accounting when dealing with exchanges.
