Rita's Italian Ice rents storefront space from us. The GL for this rent is unique and nothing else is assigned to it. My CFO is interested in tracking the rent in Tessitura so she doesn't have to assign it manually through the accounting software. Has anyone tracked non-development and non-ticketing money in Tessitura? Where do you put it and what's your set up?

We have created various fees to collect funds for a variety of purposes including rental down payments and insurance premiums.
At one point Tessitura was talking about expanding Resource Scheduling to track costs of resources, but we still don’t use that feature so I am unclear on if that has been made a reality yet.
If you want to set up a payment plan you may want to considemaking it Ticketing Performance. You could put it in a separate Season and use your unique GL on the Price Type. You could even use a new Price Layer Category to really separate it.
