Has anyone introduced paperless direct debits via the internet?
Would be interested to learn how you have integrated the dd mandate into Tessitura via the web (avoiding the non compliant double keying) and how you have gone about dealing with the bank account verification.
Same issue with taking direct debits over the phone.
