Hi all,
We're encountering a hard decline (Error 05) every time we try to process a transaction using one of those hybrid debit/bank/credit cards. These are the ones that allow the user to use the card as a credit card, but rather than charge the purchase to their line of credit, it debits their account like a bank/debit card. Has anyone had success in setting Tessitura up to accept these kinds of cards?
We're on Version 15.1, any help would be much obliged.

Hey Alan - we use them all the time, but we don't have a separate payment method for them - we just use them like a normal VISA payment method. I would suggest checking with your payment provider to see why they are failing for you.
