Does anybody use WindCave with Chase Paymentech? How has that experience gone for you?
We made the switch from WorldPay last week and it has been a nightmare. The original setup was fine, and it's great for web transactions. But it's been problematic for magswipe transactions (we do not yet have their EMV devices installed) and worse is that all payments that are to be applied to multiple invoices are rejecting with formatting errors. Apparently, Paymentech doesn't like commas. While the workaround is to pay off each invoice separately, that means additional fees for us, and the possibility that multiple charges from the same vendor could mean a hold on the patron's card. Not good!
We're considering rolling back to WorldCave, at least for the moment, and want to know what other folks' experience has been like.
