Our consortium is in the process of switching everyone over to Windcave processing so we can enable P2PE and our first org to switch over is having a problem: when using the iPP350 to manually enter card information (from phone orders) the Tessitura payment window field for Account Name is blank and cannot be edited. That Account Holder information is printed on receipts for this org and we do not want it to be blank. Can someone else shed some light on what they have done to capture the card name for these?

When you process a MOTO (manual entry) transaction on the EMV machine, Tessitura doesn't receive the customer's name back with the response from the device, because that information is read off the chip/track when a physical card is used. This is why the name field is recorded with no data. What I'd recommend is to update your receipt design to use the customer name or salutation instead, so you are sure to get consistent information.

Thanks, Patrick - that's what they're doing as a workaround right now (constituent name) but they are not thrilled with it so I was hoping someone else had managed another answer. If the cc guru (you) doesn't have one, I'm guessing they're out of luck...
