Does anyone know of a report I can use to get to a total account balance due for ticketing orders? All of the reports I have found that look at ticketing accounts receivable (subscription galley report, etc.) only look at packages. We also have some instances where a customer can pay for single tickets in installments.
Any ideas on a report that will show me the AR for BOTH packages and single tickets?

You can use the Single Sale Order Listing to show orders that still have a balance due by selecting 'No' in the 'Paid Orders' parameter.
I'm not sure if that'll be exactly what you're looking for but it's worth a try.
