Hi, we are in the midst of our Tessi implementation and we are looking at our front of house processes for end of day reconciliation. We manage 12 historic properties and museums, most of which only have one POS and several staff using that POS throughout the day. We rarely have one operator using one POS for more than 2 hours at a time, and other operators could jump in on that POS at any time if required. We are struggling to see how this is going to work efficiently with the batching required in Tessitura - our current system allows each transaction to be tracked against operators, as part of one overall POS batch. At the end of the day, we don't want to have to run batch reports for all operators that used that POS that day (it could be up to 6) and reconcile them individually. Has anyone had a similar problem they have managed to resolve? Does anyone have a report that summarises all batches used at a MOS for the day? Our current system allows us to run a register summary report which then gives us our total for the day at that register. We are hoping we can move to something similar in Tessi.
