I am attempting to reconcile a square deposit report with my Tessi report and somehow, $75 is missing in Tessi. The ACH transactions are correct and match, but in the GL section of a Posting Details Report is missing the $75. We are stumped. Any advice? Options? Ideas? Reaching out as this is all so new and we can't seem to figure it out. Please and Thank You!!!

Can you tell from the Square report what the $75 was for? Patron name? One transaction or more? If so, does it show up in Tessitura as an order or contribution for the patron and just not in the G/L posting report? Do you manually enter Square payments? I didn't think Square integrated with Tessitura. The transactions by posting report might help you in a line to line comparison to figure out what is missing if you don't know.

You're correct - Square is not integrated with Tessitura.
We manually enter Square transactions in to tessi as ACH payments. These auction items are in Tessi as orders. We've used Transactions by Posting and it gives me the same results.
The Square report does not list any names, just amounts. The transactions from the Square report match Tessitura transactions, but the bottom line is missing the $75 - my apologies in my short comings in explaining. It's all so new to me.
To clarify a little further, The Transactions by Posting report, line by line, matches the Square deposit report transactions? But the G/L posting report totals do not match the totals on the transactions by posting report?
