Vantiv/Worldpay Combining with FIS

Vantiv/Worldpay announced today that they will be combining with FIS. The full text of their announcement can be found here. We at Tessitura will be meeting with our representatives at Vantiv/Worldpay over the next few days to learn more about these changes and will keep the community apprised of what we learn as we learn it. For now, Vantiv/Worldpay has assured that "it's business as usual" so no action is necessary by any of our members at this time.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, FIS is a global leader in financial technology with a focus on payments and banking solutions that empower retailers, financial institutions, capital markets and businesses worldwide.
