I'm wondering who else is using QuickBooks (I work in Development) and what Tessitura reports you are using to reconcile, we are having some issues with Finance (QuickBooks) and Development (Tessitura) not equaling, I suspect that part of the problem is that Finance does things in QuickBooks when nothing is done in Tessitura to get whatever adjustment they desire, another problem is that I know nothing about QuickBooks and our Finance department knows very little about Tessitura
Our organization is struggling with this as well. And I am in the same position as you, Leah. Quickbooks is a mystery to me and Tessitura (or portions of Tessitura) is a mystery to our Finance department. So I am keen to follow this thread!
