I am experiencing something strange on the Transactions By Posting Report. These are the steps I did:
1. I created a GL account on 12/13/18.
2.I then created a new Fund using that GL Account.
3. On 1/14/19, I entered a contribution using that Fund.
4. I back-dated the contribution and posting to 12/17/18.
5. When I run the Transactions by Posting Report, it is showing "(Unknown)" as the GL account and as the description.
Am I missing a step somewhere? I have contacted by DBA as well. Any help is appreciated.

When did you create the Fund using the GL account? Based on the output from the Transactions by Posting Report, it was likely after 12/17/18. Anything posted before the date/time you created the fund and associated the GL will give you an Unknown GL. Hope that helps!
