Hello all. Is anyone integrated with GP? How did you do it? A project with Tessitura? Do you need additional software to execute. We are on RAMP which I assume adds complication. Any insight or direction? Thanks!

We do this thru a report that we run to capture all gifts and tickets posted, then we us a GP ‘tool’ to import the transactions into GP.

We do it via Integration Manager into the Sales Module. For us the additional cost to get it up and running was GP consulting time to build the integration. (IM is a part of our license, but I know not everyone has it.) It now takes a bit of work to get the cash right, but overall it's better than manual entry which is what we did for 12 years. We do have a custom version of the Posting Report, but simply to strip out the various FY's and summarize by GL. I'll be briefly speaking about our process at TLCC on Sunday in the "Tessitura for Finance Teams" but then we can sidebar if you are attending.
