We have several donors who are provided tickets as part of their various contribution levels. How is everyone currently handling the data entry in Tessitura for transactions that meet the required disclosure level to the donor? Thank you in advance!
We created a custom tab that holds the current level and benefits. We create a night job that updates the counts. The development staff has list elements that pull from the table so they know who needs what benefits. There is a specific benefits comp pricetype used on the orders, which is what I am looking for to get the appropriate counts. Hope this helps and gives you some ideas.
