I am hoping you can connect me with someone in your organization that has the pleasure of reconciling Tessitura activity vs. bank accounts / credit card statements (using Vantiv). We need some help with understanding comparing the the proper reports as well as chargebacks. Thank you!
We use both Vantiv and first Data. Reconciliation could be tricky if the staff creating batches and closing posting those make errors.
