We are considering Payment Express for our payment gateway. While we have many references for them, we have yet to get a reference from an organization that does 50K plus transactions per month.
If there is a Tessitura organization out there using Payment Express who does at least 35K plus transactions per month and who would be willing to share your experience working with Payment Express, we would really appreciate it.
In particular, we would like to know about the website and Tessitura/FOH implementation of Payment Express in your organization, any long outages or repeated short outages that were explicitly due to technical issues at Payment Express and lastly please rate their support team.
