Itemized Receipt

Hi all!

I am wondering what other institutions are doing to provide itemized receipts to their guests. Here is our wish list:

  • Itemizing by performance (full perf name) and price type
  • Payment methods used and amounts (including last 4 digits of the CC number if used)
  • Constituent information (including physical address and email address

It seems strange that Tessitura wouldn't offer this natively- am I missing a report that offers a solution?

    Hi Shannon,

    I've created an InfoMaker object for just this purpose - so that we can provide a receipt for schools bookings.  The receipt is available from within the Print Order area.
