The accountant who posted batches and reconciled reports left with short notice, and we need to get new staff up to speed. What Tessitura training resources do you recommend? We sell general admission tickets without dynamic pricing and have many membership levels, gifts, and pledges to process. I have the v14 documentation for posting batches, but really wonder what I'm missing.
