Dear all:
The Administration & Finance group for the conference planning committee is looking for presenter candidates for our breakout sessions. We’ve gotten some great responses so far, but we still have slots open for the following sessions:
Credit Card and PCI Smarts - Setup/Optimization, Fraud Detection, Reporting
This session will cover the steps towards PCI certification and maintaining accreditation and Tessitura setup options that ensure maximum payment card discount rates. Presenters will cover ideas on protecting our organizations and patrons from card fraud and reporting options to ensure maximum discount rates as well as identifying potential card abuse or misuse.
Follow the Membership ... Tracking the Money
This discussion will focus on how membership money is tracked in various organizations and discuss membership setup and management and how it ties things together. We'll discuss how various organizations use membership information for reporting purposes, including a discussion of development goal setting and GL tracking.
How are We Really Doing? Reporting on Sales and Fundraising ROI
In this session, presenters will relay effective tools to help you find out where you really stand in terms of ticket sales, subscriptions, fundraising, memberships and their return on investment. They will present ideas on better utilization of Tessitura to reduce expenses and streamline process. T-Stats as an integral ROI analysis tool will be featured.
We’d love for as many organizations as possible to be represented. If you’re interested (or know of someone who might be), please contact me directly at mara.hazzard@yale.edu or reply to this post.
Thanks in advance for your participation, and I look forward to seeing you in San Antonio!
Best,
Mara
