Expiring On Account Money

I would like to know if there is a process in place to expire en-masse, any on-account funds under $25.  I have ran the On Account Tracking Report and have created a list of patrons with on-account money under $25 that we need to expire based on our business rules.

Does anyone know of an easy way for me to remove the on-account money from these 1,200 files?
