The higher ups would like to know from the Box Office A. How much we took in donations this fiscal and B. how much of that total was charged on credit cards? I got the how much by just pulling the GL report but I'm drawing a blank on how to say this much was charged to a card while this much was cash/check.

Do you have different payment methods for your BO and Development? If so, I find the Fund Activity Report the easiest way to answer that question with the parameter of Group By set to "Payment".
