We are new to Tessitura, and would like to send our constituents a statement of account which combines all their orders on a single document. I'm having a little trouble setting up the mail merge and would appreciate any pointers you could give me.

Hi Elaine,
We just started a new process where we run the Pledge Receivable by Period (we modified the report to also give us the contribution date in the output) report by month and normal billing and download it to Excel. Then we clean up the Excel sheet a bit and send the spreadsheet around to our Development Directors and they mark which pledges they want us to bill that month. Then we do a mail merge from Excel to our invoice template. In Word, we manually adjust multiple pledges for the same constituent onto one invoice. It’s a new process, but it seems to be working well and saves lots of paper!
