We are reviewing our credit card processor options and are curious to know if anyone is using RBS or First National along with Transcend and if you are willing to discuss your experience with either?

We use First National with Transcend. The only major annoyance we've had in switching to Transcend from Supercharge is that sometimes our credit card deposits are broken up into two or three, and it would be easier to reconcile if they came in all together. We were using First National before (with Supercharge) and this just started happening once we switched to Transcend. We haven't been able to pinpoint why that's happening . . . on the Transcend or the bank side.
Other than that small issue, though, we've been happy using the combination of the two.
