Has anyone found a solution to bank account verification or modulus checking at point-of-sale for Paperless Direct Debit instructions taken over the telephone? Is there any way to integrate it in a similar way to card authorisation?
We are hoping to apply for Paperless Direct Debits by telephone sign-up but are stuck with how to comply with this.

Hi Richie,
Did you get to a solution on this in the end? We're just looking at paperless and like Karen were also struggling with what we would do for telephone sign-ups, and also how to comply with the data only being keyed in once.
