I'm hoping a clever person can help me out - I've been asked to provide a list of all outstanding pledges and invoices for a date in the past.Running the Invoice Detail Report (for example) will show me a list of invoices that are outstanding right now, but is it possible to find a list of invoices that were outstanding, say, a couple of months ago?I don't see anything immediately obvious out-of-the box. I could begin to have a tinker with a SQL query, but thought I'd check with you all to see if you have any pearls of wisdom!C.//X.

Not sure how clever I am but could you use the Pledge Balance Detail report or Pledge Billing Summary reports? They appear to be out of the box. Concurrently, could you run this in T-STATS with parameters being unpaid pledges and save that as a list?
Those are the only two things I can think of to get the data.

Have you looked at the Yearly Cash Planning Report? That can break things out for you by month.
Thank you both very much for your suggestions! I hadn’t thought of running the information through T-STATS, which is a pretty smart idea – and I’d never even heard of the Yearly Cash Planning report. So both of your suggestions were very useful and will stand me in good stead for the future.
Neither method seems to do exactly what I need it to, though: but they’ve helped me get some of the data and made the rest of the donkey work a lot easier. So thank you both very much!
