Gift Aid - Good/Services

I’m in the US.  So I may not know where you are keeping the data for a R68 Report

The standard goods and Services amount is defined here in the US in the Membership Rules as Non-Deductible Amt.

To Check your system look at the membership rules.

GoTo Menu -> Campaigns

Campaigns Menu -> Memberships

Choose your Membership Organization

Choose your Membership Level

On this screen the “Non-Deductible Amt” is listed there.

If I remember correctly this data is not updated retroactively.  This is only stored at the time of the contribution entry.

Test this in your Test Prior to Live.

The UK Tessitura Support team would be a good next step if this was not what you needed.

Could anyone give me instructions on how to alter the Goods/services amount for memberships. I'm doing an R68 report and we've recently changed the amount we're claiming - I just need to make the change on Tessitura v11.
