I'm trying to find a way to get a figure for Gift Aid income for this financial year (without having to actually run a claim).
Does anyone have a way they get this figure?
So far I've got a list of Gift Aid eligible donors, and I was thinking we could maybe create an output set that would at least state the amount they donated this year, and hopefully the Gift Aid amount (not a deal breaker, of course, because if we have the former we can work that out).
Any tips would be great.

I should probably add that I don't have the administrative access to create an output set myself, so what I've suggested here could be way off the mark and I'd have no idea...!

Do you have access to the Gift Aid Payment Status report?

It gives you a good idea of what is available to claim, what is available without a declaration (so you can chase) and can be run against a list. It doesn't update the system as claimed at all and is a really good report for finding and scooping up retrospective amounts too.

I do have access to this...I think the issue I'm having with it is the list that I'm putting in isn't up to scratch and therefore I'm not getting the results I want but it's really useful to know that this is the report you use!
