We have a request from our Auditors to implement some oversight when it comes to refunds in tess since once you allow an opperator to refund to a CC they can refund to any CC including thier own. i would like to know if anyone out there had to address this and if yes what was your solution.

This came up for us as well. We're a new venue/organization just entering our third season. We do not allow refunds in any form but there's always an exception. It takes extra time but an associate is required to have the manager or assistant manager witness the refund and confirm the credit card belongs to the ticket buyer.
I'd love to see if anyone else has a better way of dealing with this!
