Sales Analysis income totals not tying to totals from Postings

Here are my $0.02.

1.       Check your benevolent returned tickets.  This can often cause discrepancies depending on how you look at the data.

2.       I believe that Cindy Emig did a Tessitura web cast on this subject and there are a few powerpoints on the Tessituranetwork.com web site.

We're just finishing up our first season using Tessitura, and our Finance Director has realized that the income shown in the Sales Analysis for a performance does not tie to the income calculated by adding the posting totals together for the same performance. Any ideas why this would be the case?
