Hi,
I was asked by a customer who called to make a donation that we NOT keep his credit card information on file. As a system administrator I can go in and delete the card after the transaction has been run.. But I am wondering if there is a way to flag records so that credit card info automatically NEVER gets saved?

Hi Sara,
There is a setting in T_Defaults - CC_STORE_ACCOUNT. You would set this to No if you do not want to save credit cards, but note that it's all or none.
