Next month, here in Australia, signatures for credit card purchases will be replace by the use of a PIN.
I'm wondering how other companies deal with the situation where there is an EFTPOS terminal at the Box Office which is not integrated with Tessitura.
Do we put the payment through this EFTPOS unit and enter the payment into Tess using a payment type that does not require authorisation?
Any feedback would be welcome!
