I am attempting to reconcile with ticketing and having a hard time understanding how Tessitura handles unpaid seats. For example if a patron buys a subscription but only make a partial payment towards that subscription they would have an outstanding balance. However, Tessitura only records the payment made that day to the general ledger code associated with those particular price layers. It does not record the unpaid portion to any general ledger code. Development funds allow for an income GL and receivable GL. Price Maps (or as you call them in v. 12 Price Layers) only allow for an income GL and resold GL. How do other finance department in the Tessitura Network deal with this issue?
