in tessitura help it states the following:
Cancel Write Off Pledges
The Cancel/Write Off Pledges utility, located in the Finance report folder, is used to cancel (adjust balance to zero) or write off (debit the write off GL) unfulfilled portions of pledges in a batch. These transactions adjust the GL accounts for related funds, crediting the receivable GL for the amount due.
This utility is useful at the end of a fiscal cycle when multiple unfulfilled pledges need to be cancelled or written off.

but i do not see this utility in reports/utilities, any suggestions?
If it is not showing up among your choices, it is most likely a user group issue. I would suggest speaking with whomever at your organization designates the reports you have access to in order to have that added to your user group options…hope that helps!
