Hi Kelsey –
My guess is that report is custom to your organization… my two thoughts would be:
1. If you save that report as an excel document, does it include the constituent ID’s in one of the columns? If so, you can import those ID’s into a list using the Import button in List Manager.
2. Are the class orders sold to the student or the parent? If sold to the student, you could use Season Manager>Order Search to pull up all orders for that class and save to a list.

In addition to Patrick's solutions, you could also create a list in List Manager, and look through the "Ticketing" section of criteria to select customers who purchased a seat in the particular class performance. Using the radio button at the bottom to replace constituents with their household will clean up the list a bit, too.
