We are in the processing of rolling out Tessitura, with the Web and automated G/L interface. I have a question in regards to the training of key users.
1) What approach did you take. DId you "train the trainers" or did you offer one large training session.
2) Did you just use the tessitura documentation? - which is very good.
3) Did you have "hands on" or did you have demonstations
4) Did you use Tessitura (who are also very good) or use a 3rd party

Hi Robert,
I am from the Arts Centre in Melbourne, Australia and i believe we are presenting at the conference on our Tarining that took place here. Will you be at the Conference? If not happy to discuss some way we approached the situation!
Cheers
Ranie
Hello all – the conference session Ranie is referring to is “Utilizing Tessitura Resources at Your Organization.” Presenting with the Arts Centre is Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the McCarter Center.
