Our Education department periodically wants to fax out batches of individualised booking confirmations and/or invoices that have been generated via Tessitura and then Word Merged (MS Word 2007). Our investigations to date have shown that products like efax (www.efax.com.au) will allow you to send individualised faxes in this way directly out of Word to the recipient schools at a modest per page cost. For this to work, the fax number has to be converted to an email address (e.g. 61295555555@efax.com) which is perfectly possible to do.
Does anyone have any experience with sending batches of faxes in this way either using efax (or a similar service) or using an internal fax server application that is compatible with Word Merge.

I realize this isn't a direct answer, but must the confirmations be faxed? If you require custom formatting and copy, you could create a custom Email Order Confirmations from the Tessitura client.
