Education for Private Classes

Is anyone using Tessitura to sell customized private classes. In our case it would private music lessons that vary in date and duration for each student requesting a lesson.

Hi Bob,

That could be similar to how we sell Education Outreach workshops. We have a dummy performance on each day of the school year, and each school that books a workshop gets one seat in that performance. We then have a custom screen on the performance that allows us to pick the specific time for the workshop and send an invoice.

Or, you could try something similar to what Seattle Children's Theater has for their auditions, with each audition timeslot being a different zone of the facility. Andy Jensen presented this method at the 2009 conference, and I'm sure you can find his presentation archived on the Tess website.
