We are currently using a multi-step process to create school tour contracts in Tessitura for each order that the schools make. Right now I create the order and then go to ticketing setup to input some info into the custom tab that then will be pulled to generate the letter of agreement.
We are trying to cut out the middle step and just have all the custom information be pulled from the original order. We talked about adding custom fields to the custom tab in the ticketing order but sometimes each line item has different custom information (such as number of students, teachers and chaperones, and grade level just to name a few). Is the special requests box customizable so I can have this type of info attached to each line?
I don't know if anyone has done this or something similar, but any advise would help.
