My museum is offering an April Break set of kids studio classes. We want the ability to sell them as 3 separate classes, and as a package if the parents want. That part is easy enough.
My boss decided to "up-the-ante" per se by saying let's make the package cheaper. So each class will be $25, but if they buy the 3-day package its only $50. How do I build that where the package is a cheaper price and still get the attendance data to be correct? The attendance still needs to show that 3 tickets were sold for 3 different days.
Is this possible to build?
Hi Chelsea!
You could make a class package price type and sell them as a fixed package: https://docs.tessitura.com/Help_System_v160/TNEW/Setup/Package_Setup.htm
This will still sell them into the existing classes including individual attendance tracking.
Alternatively, you can just use pricing rules to discount it once they add enough classes to their cart. Check out the Product Volume Rule (The "Faux Flex") in the recipe book: https://docs.tessitura.com/Help_System_v160/TNEW/Features/TNEW-Recipe-Book-Pricing-and-Messaging.htm
Take a look at those options and feel free to connect with support if you have questions or get stuck with setup.

The pricing rule sounds like the best bet for us! I'll try it out. Thanks
