One thing we are experiencing issues with is consistently needing to change locations of a performance (various internal bookings etc). Once a perf is built though, you can't change the facility once a price layer is set and/or tickets have been sold! When we need to change a facility, we try to make it clear on our website that the location is Location B not Location A, however the e-tickets/confirmation email that get delivered when you sign up still have Location A listed, which leads to confusion. Does anyone have an effective workaround for adjusting facilities that has worked for them? We try our best but can't guarantee every constituent reads the 'reminder on location change' email we send them ;)!

We've only had to do this a couple of times - we re-build the event in the new facility and then reseat existing customers into the new event.
Points to consider with this are:1; Links to the original event may be out in the wild so you need your website to be able to redirect old links to the new event.2: Reseating can take time, though with the Order Export and Order Import utilities you can streamline this process.

Thank you! I didn't think about just re-seating people in a new performance... I can see how that would take some time but might work for our smaller classes!
