Can anyone talk to me about their best practice for protecting child data on Tessitura. When data is available to other departments what safeguards do you have in place?

We have the EDU Custom Tab security set as follows:
View and Edit Access: Academy Team & System Admin
View Access: Box Office Admin only
Report Access is limited to the above 2 groups.
Other staff with Tessitura access can only see basic constituent record data.
Thank you Mike this is very interesting we do use the custom tab but perhaps not extensively enough. Do you have the EDU participant linked in household to parents?
