Is there any software (such as Quickbooks) that folks use for the purpose of invoicing schools or businesses that are compatible with Tessitura? I find that the invoices/order confirmations that I download directly from the system lack a lot of information in some areas (i.e. payment details and payment date and our GST number). In other areas I want the downloaded confirmations to show less information (i.e. I don't want to to always show all seat numbers). The only thing I have found on forums is that some folks use mail merging to import Tessitura data into Word of Excel. Is this the best way to import data, but have customizable invoicing? Thanks!

We found shifting to HTML templates for invoices and reciepts was very helpful and would plug that gap in info out that . AccountingWare is the only accounting partner in the Tessitura ecosystem (that I'm aware of). Also if you want to go down the mail merge route there is a great video on it (I bumped into Sandra Ashby in the queue for coffee yesterday)
