If there is anyone out there that has purchased Tessitura's Education plug-in that uses the add-on functionality in the purchase path? I am looking for some assistance with the setup. I must be missing something because I can't get the add-on product to trigger.
The documentation only mentions adding the performance id of the add-on item as a content field (Single Registration Addon) on the trigger event. I have done this. Unfortunately when I add the content field, I can only get past the registrant selection page in the TNEW purchase path, and then I get nothing - no add on event, no registration form. Are there other steps that I am missing to make this work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I use this...I created performances for my before and after care and then that performance ID is what I type in the single registration addons value field. If you have more than 1 performance to add on then use a comma (no space) between them.

So that is the only setting needed? Below is one of our Summer Courses, the attached performance ID is for the housing option. Adding this content does not trigger the housing, unfortunately.
We have also purchased the add-on plug in for performances and the setup is very different, so I was thinking there had to be something more to it. If this is it, then I have a bigger problem.

I believe at the start of that we had to make sure the TNEWCUSTOM_GLOBAL_CONTENT system table was all set up properly. We have another customization on top of the base code add-on so they set up that system table for us when we started. But yes, once that was all set up…now I can just type in that perf ID from one perf into the other and it works great!
I made copy changes to some of the add-on fields in TNEWCUSTOM_GLOBAL_CONTENT. I also checked to make sure there wasn't a Y/N toggle in TNEWCUSTOM_WEB_DEFAULTS to turn on the functionality. I think I actually have it set up correctly, it just doesn't work. I will include this new information in my support ticket.
