Using a List as a data set in Analytics

Hope this answers your question.

You can use a list filter at all levels of a dashboard including 

• The Dashboard filter pane (on the right)
• Inside a widget in case you want to be more specific
• Inside a value formula which is often called bucketing

Lists have a tricky logic to them because each row in a list filter is a string of all the list one customer belongs too separated by a comma.  So in order to get the result you need you should

1. Add the LIST filter
2. Change the type to Text (rather than "list" ... ironylitics?) 
3. Pop in the Tessitura list number with commas on both sides

The list will only show up in analytics if it has the Analytics box checked in List Manager AND you've let it populate over night.
