We are in the process of bringing our school into Tessitura, and the students are logged as the recipient on the ticket order. In list builder, I see the Ticket History Role, but I can't seem to retrieve the recipient name. I am wondering if anyone has created an output set element that displays the name for ticket recipient that they would be willing to share with me.
